Good Casework Management
This course is designed to assist frontline staff, to get a better understanding on how to manage their caseload, and how to best manage their time effectively.
By the end of the training, attendees will understand:
- How to develop and maintain an effective constituency casework system from beginning to end
- Ensuring that all cases are recorded, progress monitored, actions are taken and outcomes reported
- The support available for frontline caseworkers and or support workers through other reputable external services
