Funded by the Welsh Government, this project focuses on the provision of advice and casework on complex benefit, debt, employment, discrimination and housing matters to priority groups to include:
- Young and Adult Carers
- Children with complex needs
- Older people (particularly those with dementia)
- Individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Integrated family support
We are providing pensions guidance across Wales, along with Citizens Advice Caerphilly and Citizens Advice Ynys Mon. This service is funded by DWP.
We receive funding to deliver energy best deal sessions across Cardiff and the Vale. Funding comes via energy companies and Citizens Advice.
This service provides information, guidance and advice on settled status applications for EU, EEA or Swiss citizens and their families, as well as advice on social welfare issues.
We also provide specialist employment & discrimination advice.

We offer bespoke training in Debt, Welfare Benefits, Housing, Family, Employment & Financial Capability, which are run by specialists on these subjects.
Based in Barry, the IDMA project delivers specialist debt advice via webchat. We do this in partnership with Citizen Advice Torfaen. It is funded by Money Advice Service.
We provide a welfare benefits advice on behalf of the Motor Neuron Disease Association in England and Wales. We have four delivery channels: telephone, email, webchat and home visits.
This is a debt advice service funded by Welsh Government. This project enables tenants in the private rented sector to manage their debts.
Help to Claim
Call Centre service based in our offices in Barry which provides advice in Consumer matters. This project is funded by Citizens Advice.
Our Help to Claim service supports clients in the early stages of their Universal Credit claim, from the application through to their first payment.
We provide face to face advice in addition to telephone and webchat services.
