Half day – 4 hours
Split – two 2-hour sessions
This is an introduction to AA and looks at how the benefit works, and how advisers should be dealing with these types of enquiries.
It would be suitable for beginners, new starters, or those looking to refresh their knowledge.
We have a separate session for how to fill in the form. By the end of the training, attendees will understand:
