Role overview

We are looking for people to provide debt advice and casework via face-to-face, telephone and digital channels to clients throughout Wales as part of the Citizens Advice Advicelink Cymru service.

Job Duties

  • Provide casework covering the full range of debt advice and, where appropriate, other areas of advice

  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

  • Offer support and solutions to clients in accordance with policies
