Our Management Team

Jane has worked within the service for over 25 years. Before moving to Citizens Advice Cardiff & Vale she was a manager in the Employment Service and before that she was a manager in the travel and hospitality industry.

Abbie has worked for us since early 2017, and prior to that, worked with Citizens Advice Caerphilly & Blaenau Gwent (CACBG).

Callum joined us at the end of 2020. Prior to that he worked for a short time at Cardiff Council as Family Gateway Team Manager and before that he worked at CACBG. Callum manages our remote advice services.

Richard has been with CACV since 2011, and has worked in various advice and management roles. He is currently responsible for Human Resources.

Lynne joined CACV in 2023 and brings a wealth of experience from the commercial sector, having worked as a finance manager for a number of multinational hospitality organisations.

Claire has been with us since 2017, and has a background in contact centre management.

Matt has been with CACV since 2019, working in a number of different advice and management roles. He currently manages our consumer service.
