Employment Law Overview

Split – two 2-hour sessions
This course is designed for frontline advisors who want to gain a basic understanding of employment issues.
It is an introduction to the rights of employees and workers and the employment dispute process.
It would be suitable for beginners and those looking to refresh their knowledge, as an introductory overview.
